Job Title: Web Designer & Developer
Location: Remote (Local Residency Required*)
Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Base Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience
Position Overview: We are seeking a Web Designer & Developer who is creative, technically skilled, and detail oriented. The ideal candidate will manage the design, development, and maintenance of custom WordPress websites. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve web edit inquiries from clients and internal staff efficiently.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress sites using page builders such as Elementor.
- Handle customer communications, updates, and relationship building.
- Oversee web administration, including content management and analytics reporting.
- Apply expert knowledge in UI/UX and responsive design.
- Migrate websites to current hosting platform and support clients websites with updated plugins and site health monitoring
- Oversee and implement domain management when project is ready for go live
- Support SEO tasks which include monthly blogging and SEO page duplication process
- Creative and content publishing for social media management clients
- Other minor tasks that may include chat feature implementation and review management platform
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of front-end development experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and development.
- Proficient in WordPress, Elementor, and basic CSS; experience with WooCommerce and Shopify highly preferred. While our primary focus is on service-oriented websites, we value candidates who can also handle and preferably have experience building eCommerce sites.
- Graphic design skills, including experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Blog and content writing skills using AI tools like ChatGPT preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in web development/design and marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Level: Mid-Level
Salary: $55,000 to $80,000 (Full-Time)
Full-Time: Monday – Friday (Remote / 40 hours week)
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive traffic and conversions for our clients. This role supports paid advertising, SEO, analytics, and hands-on campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven self-starter who thrives in a remote agency environment, manages priorities independently, and communicates clearly. This role is also responsible for sharing campaign progress, performance insights, and recommendations with the team while continuously testing and improving results across digital channels. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads)
Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display)
Build, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative asset development
Monitor budgets, bids, performance, and ROAS to ensure efficiency and growth
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct SEO audits accounting for technical, on-site and off-site factors
Perform keyword research and content gap analysis
Optimize on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and content structure
Write and publish blog content to support SEO and campaign goals
Monitor technical SEO factors such as site speed, indexing, and crawl errors
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance
Manage and monitor Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profiles
Identifying KPIs and completing work as needed to improve clients’ site rankings and organic traffic major search engines
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid channels
Align campaign strategy with client goals, promotions, and objectives
Create campaign timelines, execution plans, and task coordination
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Set up and maintain tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and CTR
Analyze performance trends and identify optimization opportunities
Deliver insights and data-driven recommendations to improve results

Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or SEO

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Clear written communication skills for ad copy, reporting, and collaboration
